DELIVERY CONDITIONS
At La Table d’Orphée, each delivery is conceived as the prelude to a celebration, orchestrated with care and punctuality. To ensure a seamless experience without a false note, we invite you to read our delivery and rental conditions:
RENTAL DURATION
Our rates apply for a standard duration of 3 calendar days: the day before the event, the event day, and the following day for the return. For any rental exceeding this duration, decreasing rates apply. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
We provide delivery and pick-up of tableware and table setting elements to the address of your choice. Prior confirmation of the accessibility of the venue (floors, elevator, parking, narrow passage, etc.) is essential and will be taken into account in preparing the quote. Any request for delivery or collection at a specific time slot will also result in an additional fee, included in the quote.
ON-SITE PICKUP
Clients also have the option to collect and return their order from our storage spaces, by appointment only. This option must be agreed upon in advance when confirming the order.
SCHEDULE & ORGANIZATION
Delivery, return, or pickup times are established according to our logistics rounds or availability, in coordination with you. Services outside our standard time slots (evenings, weekends, public holidays) may incur an additional charge.
RECEPTION & RETURN
Tableware is delivered clean, sorted, and ready for use. It must be returned rinsed but not washed; this applies to plates, cutlery, and glasses. In case of non-compliance with this requirement, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Items must be returned in their original bins or containers, sorted according to the initial distribution. In case of breakage, loss, or missing items, the replacement value will be invoiced according to the current price list.
